What type of doctors do you have?
We have several types of medical specialists ranging from a general practitioner, neurologist, and spine specialist to an orthopedic surgeon, allowing us to treat a wide range of trauma-related injuries.
How can I get records to my attorney?
Once you have been discharged, we will automatically send your records to your attorney’s office. If he or she needs any supplemental records, we will send them out in a timely manner.
What if I need surgery?
We will make every effort to assist in coordinating and scheduling your surgery with your attorney and our surgeons.
What if I don't have health insurance?
Don’t worry! We provide our care on a lien basis, and your attorney will handle your bill with us when your case settles.
What if I need a catscan or MRI?
We will assist you in scheduling your appointment at a facility that’s convenient for you. These procedures can and will be done on a lien basis, meaning no out-of-pocket expense for the patient.
How do I pay for treatment?
We will bill either your health insurance or MedPay, if available. If you are uninsured, we will see you on a lien-basis, meaning that we will treat you and get paid when your case settles. You will not have to pay any money at the time of services.
Where do I get my prescriptions filled?
We dispense many of the medications indicated for the injured patient in-house, making it convenient for the patient.
How quickly can you schedule an appointment?
Typically, we can schedule appointments to see one of our physicians within 2-3 days. Emergencies can oftentimes be seen the same day.
